Created through House Bill 2006, The Navigation Center will be a center for houseless wrap-around resources in the Rogue Valley. The Kelly Shelter moved to the Navigation Center in the Summer of 2022 and expanded to 100 beds. There are showers, laundry, addiction, and counseling services available on site. The center will act as a hub for resources and will eliminate shelter guests from having to travel to multiple sites to receive services. The Navigation Center will not be a drop-in location. The navigation services will be for shelter guests to help them stabilize and move forward as quickly as possible. Once participants move forward their bed will be filled by the next guest on the Kelly Shelter application waitlist.
